Due to the collectible nature of comics, returns are generally not accepted except where required by law or if an item is defective. Claims for damage must be made within 10 days of receipt with proof provided.

Because collectible comics are individually graded and often unique, grading represents our professional opinion and remains subjective. Customers should carefully review the product description and photographs before purchasing.

All content on the Site, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by Online Avenue Holdings LLC or licensed to us, and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

Trademarks, character names, publisher logos and comic artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Orders are accepted by Online Avenue Holdings LLC. Warehousing and fulfilment services may be performed by authorised third-party fulfilment partners within the United States.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under applicable United States federal or state consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotions such as discounts, special offers, or promo codes. These offers are available for a limited time and are subject to availability.

Unless we say otherwise:

• promotions can’t be used together with other offers;

• promotions apply only to selected products or services;

• promo codes must be used at the time of purchase and can’t be added later;

A few important details:

• • the $100 minimum applies to comic purchases only and must be met in one order;

  • bonus comics are selected by us and can’t be swapped, exchanged, or substituted for comics listed elsewhere on the website;

  • bonus comics can’t be transferred to another order or combined with a separate purchase;

  • this offer can’t be used with other promotions unless we clearly say otherwise.

Shipping is calculated on the full contents of your order, including the bonus comics, once the promotion is triggered.
